Replacement, Return and Warranty:

Care & Ideas Store guarantees that all products are new, unused and undamaged. However,

If there is any damage to the product upon receipt, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product. The "Care and Ideas" store team will replace the product at no cost.


Non-returnable purchases:

  1. Single use products.


Also, the following goods cannot be exchanged for health reasons:

  1. Cosmetics and body care.
  2. Decorations and accessories.


Care & Ideas Store reserves the right to refuse to return or exchange any product at any time, and we may request a photo ID.


Exchange and return policy

  1. The customer can return and exchange the purchased goods within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided that the returned or exchanged goods are complete and in the original boxes. All attached accessories must be attached to them.
  2. All documents delivered in or with the original shipment such as brochures, instructions for use, warranty cards, etc. must also be included.
  3. In case the same item to be replaced is not available in stock, the customer has the choice of either receiving goods similar in shape and value or returning the product amount. The company will bear the shipping costs when the customer receives the shipment and inspects it in the following cases:
  • There is a manufacturing defect estimated by the company.
  • If the goods are damaged or not the item ordered.

However, if the customer’s desire for the purchased goods changes before receiving them, he can cancel the order and get a refund. Otherwise, the exchange and return policy applies, and the customer bears all shipping costs.


Return and exchange method:

Warranty for electrical appliances:
